Reception area staff upon arrival are always friendly and efficient. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. Dr. Herrin's personal nurses need to pay a little more attention to welcoming and caring for patients. I could tell their entire attention wasn't focused on me or my needs. They could work on improving their level of customer service/care here. Overall I left unimpressed by his staff. I felt like my needs were met by Dr. Herrin, however.
Love Dr Herrin, but many unfortunate, uncomfortable challenges with his nurses. A staff change would give this great surgeon 5 stars!
