As at patient under his care recuperating at nursing home for my injury, he did not return nurses calls when my injury worstened. After calling and paging him for several days,not only was I frustrated, but they spoke openly about their frustration with him.

I continued care with a new Doctor.

Going to this office and seeing Dr Primack was the worst experience I've ever had with a doctor and his facility. It was the most unprofessional, if you want to call it a medical office I've ever been too. The staff was cold and rude, the dr never returned calls, never called in the script for Physical therapy and of course no one else in the office new about it it wasn't because he didn't document the name of the physical therapy place he chose. I'm picking up my films and finding another doctor. I can't imagine why anyone would go to this doctor if they are treated the way I was.
