Dr. Richard Nicolay took the time to explain my injury referring to the X-rays, the treatment plan, and especially, I felt he really cared about his patient and my journey to recovery. Some doctors seem to think that we went to school for medicine and should know everything they are talking about and are aloof and/or dismissive when questions are asked. There are many doctors out there but few have all the strengths in excelling as a doctor who is knowledgeable and cares. Thank you Dr. Nicolay for your kindness.
