I couldn't believe how rude and inconsiderate they were. I showed as the first appointment and was not seen for an hour and a half. I was completely distressed during my appointment. I was unable to relax and ended up having to leave. They don't really take that extra step to make me feel special. I'm just another client to them. I was hoping that they would be sympathetic to my situation and understand where I was coming from. Instead, they made it completely obvious that they didn't care about me or what I had been through.
