I did not feel safe at all in their care. I definitely had doubts about their qualifications. Their prices were not fair at all. They were extremely overpriced and I felt ripped off. Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel stupid for calling. I avoided calling because I didn't want to feel stupid. They would not leave me alone, and kept suggesting that I buy products that I felt were completely unnecessary. They didn't tell me anything about my treatment options. I left feeling very confused and frustrated.
