Dr. Hughes has not been a great doctor for my daughter's OBGYN needs. In my view she treats patients like a production line and chooses medication to get the production line moving. In our visits she shows very little empathy, and frankly patience, with little context and explanation of symptom root causes. My daughter has had chronic period-related pain periods and other effects and she has not been in good hands with this Dr. I don't know if she is equipped for all age groups, but for teenagers I certainly do not recommend.

They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. They knocked before entering the exam room, and even waited for me to reply that I was ready before entering. They really respected my privacy.

Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better

Not really. I usually have to remind them.

Definitely! I saw it as soon as I walked in!

Absolutely! They are happy to answer all of my questions

Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible

Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!!
Did this OBGYN knock before entering the exam room?
Yes, and waited for me to answer before coming in
