Dear Dr. Wagner,
I want to thank you for your excellent care over the last 32 years. I was sight unseen when you accepted me as a patient having a difficult miscarriage in 1982.You treated me very well during my disagreeable(me) pregnancy, and successfully delivered my very big, healthy, wonderful son.
I especially thank you for insisting on seeing me, and insisting I have the biopsy. I honestly feel you saved my life, or at least made it better.I truly appreciate your patience,care. Thank you.

They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule.
