The Dr. was an hour late to see me, causing me to be stuck in rush-hour traffic for 2 hours on my way home. She was hard to get a hold of after my appointment for any refills, as I was having horrible UTIs at the time. They refused to refill anything for pain, and it was VERY hard to re-schedule with them. I never went back and they tried to charge me $75 for not "showing up" when I told them in the first place I was not able to make it in the middle of the day.

If you call them before noon they are no there, it goes to the other office and they do not have your records so they will not help you with anything.

I got fed up and transferred to Advocate Family Medicine ...I just was not impressed with this place, and their prices are high.

Dr. Joyce is really knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions in-depth. I understood all my options fully and she really took the time to make sure my questions were answered. She has excellent people skills and makes me feel extremely comfortable. I feel like I can ask her anything without embarrassment.

Here's the low point - Her front office staff is lacking. You are always put on hold as soon as they answer and they are very short on the phone or when scheduling an appointment. If it weren't for how great Dr. Joyce is, I think I would look for another doctor.

I'm annoyed that this website provides 'draft' reviews. Now I know that I cannot trust the reviews on this site. I want to read people's actual observations and conclusions based on their experiences with the doctors being reviewed, not reviews that have been written for them by who-knows-who. Bad policy, wellness.com!

They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. I am confident that I was called the minute my test results were ready-fastest I've ever seen. They were extremely polite on the phone as well.

I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better.

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

Yes, they were informing me of new advancements that were extremely recent

Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately

Definitely! Everyone knows they are the best around!

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance
