The doctor is the doctor, receptionist and billing. She is cash only, gives pregnancy test to a woman who CANNOT get pregnant. She is very rude when you question the billing codes. I had a typical procedure and they way she coded cost me $300 .

Customer Service for the office is horrible. I called to a copy of my medical records from this office. The receptionist said it would be a charge per page. I asked her how much. The receptionist not only did not know how much to charge but informed me she did not have time to make copies. Then hung up. Stay away from this office.

Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen

I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. I wasn't pressured at all to use any particular medications or birth controls. They answered all my questions and gave me their honest opinion on what would work for me and what wouldn't. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time.

Not at all. They were too arrogant to ask for any assistance, even though they knew it would help

No, I never saw one

Yes, but it didn't bother me much
