Vicki Chamberlain very much has an attitude that she's a doctor and the patient is not, so it's really silly for the patient to be asking any questions in order to understand the situation as best as possible. It's antiquated and does not speak to most of the younger generation today. If you ask any questions, she dials up the contempt in her voice and tries to belittle and browbeat you into just doing things "her way." My experience was so horrible, that after being a regular patient to this practice since I was a teenager, I have transferred practices mid pregnancy just so I don't have to risk having her be the one on call when I go into labor. It's really too bad. I love Dr. Jane Oh. If you are going to this practice for gynecological concerns, I would highly recommend Dr. Oh. If you are looking for an OB practice for pregnancy, run for the hills.

I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. They briefly listened to me, but quickly downplayed everything I said. When I said I was having adverse affects to my BC, she switched it. After a few months when I went to pick up my prescription again, it was switched back. She said I would have to come in again to see how I was going on the new one before she would give me the prescription again. She didn't do that with the first BC she gave me, and she was confident enough to put me back on the original one when I said I was having adverse affects.. They don't really take that extra step to make me feel special in the waiting room area, I feel like just another customer.
