I will Never go back to Dr. Prasad...he does'nt care about anyone but himself,,,,does'nt answer questions & I don't his nurse Yvonne,,,she says you are late & you are already there,,,,got my A!C & some other things checked & they would'nt give me my results....DON"T go 2 this Dr.He's NO good...

I have seen many Drs over my lifetime and this was by far the rudest Dr I have seen. His head nurse Yvonne also can be snippy on the phone. I was talking to another patient on my very long wait and she said that the office had repeatedly sent her RX's to the wrong Pharmacy even though they make you sign a sheet that says you will only use the Pharmacy of your choice. She has tried to fix this but they still send refills to a place 120 miles away! They made my husband and I take blood test, do a sleep study and never did a complete blood work up on my husband, but did mine. DO NOT GO TO THIS DR!!!!!!!

I've been a patient of Dr Prasad's for around 20-25 yrs. He has taken good care of me and my husband all these years. I've never had to wait long in the waiting room. I've always been able to get an appointment quickly when sick. Yvonne, his nurse, is fantastic and very caring. She doesn't delay to call and give us test results and will responds quickly to call in prescriptions for us. The front desk workers are so kind and gracious and very quickly gets you signed in.

Most of the time, they don't call me back for quite a while, but they've called me back quickly once or twice.

Overall Dr. Prasad is not bad, but one staff nurse Yvonne is the worst. Yvonne is lost most of the time when you are speaking to her, especially on phone and most of the times never returns calls.
