I usually have to wait on hold for quite a while, but not as long as some other places
Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered?
Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

Not really, I've never seen them go above and beyond

I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back.
