Dr. McCain is a good doctor, his staff on the other hand are the most unprofessional, inconsiderate, abusive bunch of amateurs that diminish Dr. McCain's qualities. His office manager should be flipping burgers and left nowhere near patients with medical issues. Do not waste your time because you will only be talked down to and refused test results. Don't bother leaving the doctor a message wanting to discuss results, because his staff will make sure he doesn't get it. Their behavior is despicable. It's bad enough to have to deal with serious health issues only to be mistreated by a bunch of incompetent sadists.

Definitely not. They seem to care more about themselves

Not at all, I feel like they're constantly ready to give up on me
Did the staff call you to remind you about your upcoming appointment?
Definitely not, and when I arrived they had forgotten that I had an appointment
Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute?
They cancel on me all the time.
