I was amazed at their flexible their financing options. They were more than willing to work with me. Not only do they not postpone my appointments, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I was very satisfied with my sons' visits. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. Dr. Thomas is very clear in explaining everything that needs to be done during treatment. The office gives the impression of being clean and efficient. I am very excited for my kids new smiles.
