They need to treat their staff with more respect. They weren't overly rude but they could have been a lot nicer. They probably could have used some continuing education courses to get up-to-date on more current methods. I don't feel like I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. They always seem like they're going to give up on me.
