They changed their dental plan,after we signed up for the one they said they accepted. We paid almost two hundred dollars for the plan.

I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had know how terrible they were I never would have gone. I was given an estimate that I considered a contract for my costs but soon after starting my work I questioned some "extra" costs on one of my invoices (not on my estimate) and the front desk girl that prepared it said (after lots of gibberish) that she had made an error and I would have to pay it. Then I questioned a $60 extra cost for a crown that was not on the estimate and was told it was for the crown to not have any silver at the gumline (they charge extra for that now). I advised that I had not authorized it and the front desk girl said that my chart said the girl marked it with a verbal authorization from me (absolutely not). I never authorized it and the crown had a silver line at the gum but the office manager and the owner whom I met with later both said that my gums must have receeded but it had only been a few months. They made an upper partial that never fit right and hurt my mouth so much that I couldn't wear it even after many adjustments - eventually realized it was giving me headaches. Went back determined to get what I had paid for and they tried to put it in and said it was not good. Went to make an adjustment and realized the base was all wrong and that was why it was pulling on the surrounding teeth making me feel like it was pulling them when I removed it. Well, they determined that I would have to pay for another new upper partial since it was so bad at FULL COST of $450+ dollars! I was livid and tried to reason with them but was told that the original partial was computed lower in error and I had gotten a deal - some deal it hurt terribly and pulled on my crowns which were the teeth surrounding it. It has been less than a year and I just did not wear the upper but realized the 3 crowns that surrounded it were having problems - in the past week I have lost all three of them. They were all put in by this same dentist. Everytime I have tried to talk to anyone there they all shrug at me and either say "it's not up to me" or "sorry I cannot help you". I am so disappointed they have about $6,000 of my money and I have nothing good to show for it. The front desk girl and manager at the front desk are so unfriendly and unempathetic and just plain rude. Don't go there if you want anything to go right. The dentist (not the owner) I had was such a good man but he had no control over anything - he was part time there.

Mrs. Dr. Dentist DDS??? Sabrina Kunis is awesome! I had to have lots and lots of dental work done so I did some research online and she came up as 1 of the best dentists in Tampa Bay. I signed up for Dental Sure Insurance for 100.00 or so for the year since this would save me 1000's... they paid roughly 1/2 for most all services. I figure between their & my payments I paid for at least 1/2 of her new Corvette. I am still waiting for her to give me a ride in it.

I had multiple teeth fixed - or replaced. Plus deep cleanings etc.... I found all her staff to be very good. ESpecially the hygentist that does the cleanings etc... She moved across the street basically last year to an all new office and I have yet to visit their new place.

I would highly recommend their services and care without hesitation. My ONLY complaint is at the time I had several 1000's of dollars to spend and she would not take my money fast enough. I told her - let me just sit in the dang chair all week for my new smile. I did 4 root canals in one day ( nobody does this apparently) but I am a tough cookie. Crazy? Obviously. The new fake teeth she did look great and all that is left is my two front teeth and whatever you call the tooth next to the two front teeth has gone bad.

ALL I WANT FOR CHRISTMAS IS MY TWO FRONT TEETH!

This will make my mouth makeover complete.... but I don't have the about 2,500 now to get it done. ( front teeth replaced with implants ) Cause I don't want dentures you put in a cup at the bedside at night w/ Polident. They both now have cavities and desperately need replaced - discolored from drugs as a kid. No zoom whiting or whatever will ever fix it.

and I had yet another horrific accident which put me in the hospital again - and the Doctors & Hospital bills cleared out my savings and bank account pretty fast. Since I had no health Insurance... they just take everything you have in the bank and I still owe about 1/4 million dollars. Oh well...

I never was able to complete the DVD for sale online. Ya - I make crazy movies and sell them online. I've sold over 1/2 a million copies over the years combined at an avg online retail of 14.95 + S&H you do the math.... but I can blow thru serious cash with my lifestyle. World wide travels and adventures.

OK maybe it is insurance fraud to hurry the process along - but I took a regular drill and a 1/16th bit and put two small holes in my front teeth through the enamel - 1 in each.... so now I really do have two cavities which have gotten worse, and I hate my two front teeth! What would of been considered "cosmetic" and not covered - will be now. But I am in hard times here.

I am about to renew my dentalsure dental plan and figure out a way to come up with 2,500.00 or so to pay my end. This is my New Years 2013 resolution. I just can't wrap my mind around the concept that I have to work 250 hours at 10.00 an hour to afford 5 hours of dental service???? But this explains why Dr. Kunis drives a sweet Vette and whatever... she deserves it. Obviously this is not some silly fake review and I swear it is all true. I have lots of Stunt buddies - and they are always getting their teeth knocked out and ship... especially my free style street bike stunter pals.... check it > a decade of Stuntin Tampa Bay = Stunt Capitail of the USA http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Opc0tOxavW4 If you watch this, how often do you think these guys need new teeth? LOL ? Well my advise is smoke a fatty before you go - because they are not very generous on the laughing gas - and trust you are in the hands of true professionals that do great work and provide great service. You can beg all you want - but to no avail this dental office abides by all the rules and in the end I suppose that is a good thing. That being said, and after this glowing positive review Dr. Kunis can I some kind of extra good customer discount?

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. I had interface with Dr. Kunis and 3 of her staff. Everyone was courteous and friendly. Dr Kunis was very friendly. Answered all questions that I asked. I had an exam and x-rays were taken. I am looking forward to my next appointment. My wife felt this way, too.
