It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members.

They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long.

this dr is great! he is very considerate of your time and the fact that when your not feeling well you don't want to be hanging out in a waiting room. fast prompt service. Dr Nho is straight to the point and gets the job done. so you are on your way back to the comfort of your home. The staff is wonderful, they make you feel welcome and are very helpful.
