They handled my daughter's braces from start to finish smoothly. All the Dental assistants/nurses that took care of her during entire procedure were pleasant to speak with. We are very grateful for them.

I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember me through their computer database. They are calm and understanding, but don't try to call them. They tend to not pick up the phone, and if they do they kindly ask for you to call again or that they will return your call.... but that does not happen, so it's best to visit them in person- the outcome is much more positive. For first time visitors, the wait time is quite extensive, it was over two hours for me the first time. However, after visiting them more often, I was attended rather quickly and did not have to wait over thirty minutes. The doctors and their assistants are nice and always greet me kindly.

Never, I've been going here forever and they can't even remember my name

Absolutely not! My phone calls aren't returned at all!

Only with clear directions
