Friendly and no-nonsense. Up to date on what is going on; will warn you of 'scare' rumors going around. Believes in moderation but will give you good advice when you need it,

They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered.
