Dr. Mark Collins is my Primary Care Doctor he is so wonderful and caring in so many ways that I couldnt ask for a better doctor and the staff is so nice Dr Collins also treats his patients like family . Im satisfied with my Doctor.

They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. also my wife was given a message over the phone to confirm her appointment we have the message on our answer machine they gave her the incorrect time to make matters worst my wife had to go to the e.r. that morning the e.r. date was 5/31/2012 around 01:30am so we were looking forward to seeing the doctor my wife illness was diagnosed as unirary tract infection u can call my wife her number is 224-659-4225 ihave been going to this place 10yrs+ my wife moms goes there my wife goes there i believe they think my wife just waltz in there as she pleased but that was not the case the error was there's i got abad feeling about the un-caring places doctors r nothing like they were back in the day the catholic system is all about the money take the cross down take them all down alexian brothers u are all hypocrites i know because i'm one
