Dr. Jacobsen is the best specialist physician I've dealt with—and I've been a patient of dozens in multiple countries (including at least 20 in the Champaign-Urbana area). The following paragraph is a canned review based upon my answering of questions posed by wellness.com, but I feel it represents my outstanding experiences over several years of care, including surgeries, follow-up visits, and other interactions with both Dr. Jacobsen and a number of her nurses.

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was very easy to locate, and parking was right there. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen.
