The "plantar's wart" diagnosis I received from him was questionable. The extremely costly "surgery" to have it removed caused chronic trauma to the site. I know have repeated occurrences of thick scar formation in that surgical site that makes walking painful. I since have been told by several podiatrists -- this problem can only be resolved with more surgery. I can't find the time to be non-mobile for 3-4 weeks post-surgery. I am avoiding Dr. Brown and colleagues.

Dr. Brown in my opinion, is an arrogant horrible doctor. He hurt my son by applying to much acid to a tiny wart and burned his foot severely. This according to the ER Surgeon, Podiatrist, and a Pediatrician. My Son had to wear a special shoe for two weeks and after a month his foot still isn't totally healed. I've had many much larger planters warts removed as a kid, and I was up the next day running around. We brought this to the attention of Dr. Brown and he said he did nothing wrong and the other Doctors are all wrong. Please leave my office, and kicked us out. There are multitudes of horrible reviews of other patients of this So called Doctor Brown. In my opinion Run from this quack.

After an hour and a half wait - not the doctor's fault (our referring physician had failed to send in the referral), but you'd expect him to be sympathetic to us given the lengthy delay - Dr. Brown took one quick look at the chronic, severe skin problems my son has had for six years, announced "he has eczema; he'll always have it; it's incurable" and then seemed to expect us to get out of his office. He was impatient with questions - my son asked, "what IS it?" (meaning, what kind of a condition is eczema?); he responded, with visible irritation, "It's eczema - haven't we just gone over that?" - uninterested in giving us any help (me: "What kind of soap should he use?"; him, to his assistant: "Give him our sheet"), and he suggested that the eczema was my son's fault, for continuing to play the cello. Throughout, he made it very clear that he thought two minutes of his time was more than enough for our money. If what you want out of a doctor is the last word in arrogance, and a complete lack of interest in his patients, this is your man.

Dr. Brown is an unproffesional, childish, arrogant doctor. My experience at his office was so upsetting that I not only wish to never see him again but made sure to take the time to write reviews about what happened. DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE. I had a rash on my face that had spread quickly over the course of a few hours. Nervous, I paged the doctor to know what to do to keep it from spreading. When I went in to see him the next day, he nearly yelled at me for complaining over what he evaluated as a minor rash. It was on my face, and I'm not a dermatologist. There was no way for me to know that. All I did was google it and the internet scared the hell out of me so I paged the DOCTOR, WHO HAS THE RESPONSIBILITY TO HANDLE THAT. When I told him that he was a bit rude, he told my dad that he was a bad parent and shut the door on us. This guy is a punk who should not be called a doctor. Get out of chicagoland, Brown. Please do not go visit him.

They answered my questions and spent a reasonable amount of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I would recommend them to my friends and family for sure. The service was good.
