My wife went in to have a rash looked at. The Dr that she saw said that it could be one of two things and that, if she wanted to know for sure, she could do a biopsy. My wife, not wanting to go through the pain and expense of a biopsy for no reason, SPECIFICALLY asked the Dr if the biopsy would be 100% conclusive because otherwise she didn't want it. The Dr said that it would. When the results came in, the Dr said it was inconclusive and we received a $400+ medical bill after insurance. We complained multiple times that we shouldn't have to pay this, but we didn't get anywhere.
