At Family Health Associates expect to sit in the waiting room for 20-25 minutes after your scheduled appointment time. This has happened to me at every one of my appointments. It's easy to schedule an appointment, as they always have openings, but keep in mind you will spend 1-2 hours there just waiting. When the nurse brings you in to assess/speak with you, Dr. Bell does the complete opposite of what his nurses and patients want him to do. I've been sick for nearly a year and apparently there is 'nothing' he can do. Last time he prescribed any antibiotic for the infection was 6 months ago. He does not take the time to get to know his patients and is not caring. He is only there to do the bare minimum. I am extremely dissatisfied with him as well as his clinic. I would not recommend any of it. Your better off going to urgent care, they will treat you better and get you in to see the doctor faster.

I have been to Dr Bells office several times and each time everyone is simply gracious and caring and they really know how to make someone with concerns feel comfortable. Today I had to have a biopsy and I was so scared. But the moment the nurse and the Dr Bell walked in the room... I felt immediately I was in good hands and felt instantly relaxed. I knew that no matter what comes of this biopsy... I am in good hands and he will see that everything is done to get me well. This is something that is very important to me and a great comfort to know that you will be cared for and that everything that can be done will be done... this gives me peace of mind. It is clear that this doctor not only knows how to treat patients but genuinely cares about his patients...
