Dr. Kocemba answered every single question I had. He is also reachable if I think of any more questions I want answered. The staff is very friendly, welcoming, and professional. All my questions were answered. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it.

Russ made sure every single question I had was answered, and is always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. The staff is friendly and welcoming. Very professional and answered all my questions. The office was easy to locate. I will return.

They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance.

No, they've never taken personal calls with me
