WARNING! To all considering this doctor this is what she did to my mom. My mother was a patient of hers for pterygium removal surgery. The first time she did not do a good job and my mom was in great pain and it was not healing, in fact there was an actual hole in her eye. When she went for a follow up Dr. Senft said in was nothing, in the meantime it was still getting worse and eventually Dr. Senft did another surgery only to make the bigger and permanent. By the time my mom went to a well accomplished specialist in Oahu it was to late and there was nothing that they could do.If Dr. Senft was a real professional and cared for the outcome of the patient she would have admitted to her incompetence and refereed my mom to someone with more skill and experience in fixing the problem. Because she was to proud or scared to say this is over her head and she has no idea what to do my mother now walks around with a very visible hole in her eye which catches any type of debris/dust/small flies in the air and she has to constantly go in and shoot it out for the rest of her life. There are a lot of people that have this surgery everyday that are not walking around like this. I wish we would have read reviews and chose a different doctor and recommend you do the same.

Yes, they were over an hour late for my appointment

No, it was expensive.

As many other doctor's offices, one does need to wait at least 20-30 minutes. I was very pleased with the professionallism of the staff and how knowledgeable, Dr. Sent was in her diagnosis of my eye problem. I had seen another eye physcian and this was a second opnion. She explained everything to me. I look forward to seeing her again, for my follow up exams. I would definitely, HIGHLY recommend this ophthalologists, without any hesitation.

Not at all! I had to schedule an appointment for absolutely everything!
Is this business in a safe neighborhood?
Yes, it was in a safe enough neighborhood
Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute?
They try not to, but sometimes it happens.
Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call?
I usually have to wait on hold for quite a while, but not as long as some other places

They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. Dr Senft diagnosed a hidden eye issue that could have caused major problems if not taken care of and took care of the issue successfully.

Briefly, but they didn't make an effort to help me

Not really. I had to schedule an appointment for most of my questions.
