Dr. Morris Mitsunaga operated on my neck injury that was causing me to be paralyzed on June 17, 2015. After the surgery, with the help of therapy, I'm able to walk once again. I'm a walking miracle, and will be forever grateful to Dr. Mitsunaga and the Queens Medical Center staff for saving my life. Thank you Dr. Mitsunaga for helping me.

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with my visit.

Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better.

My office visit was very pleasant. I was amazed at how wonderfully Dr. Mitsunaga treated each of his staff members. He is a great leader and really showed he cared about me. Dr. Mitsunaga is completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution for my medical problem. He presented my treatment options very effectively, and in a language that I could understand. I never have to worry that he'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other doctor offices in the past.

Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. They had a huge selection of magazines in the waiting room. I was able to find some of my favorites and they kept me entertained while I was waiting for my appointment.
