They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. Their office was clean enough, nothing special though. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. The results of my knee surgery have better than expected, Dr. Kan did an excellent job and I recommend him highly.

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary
