Doctor Mark Hiraoka is an excellent doctor. He is very personable, caring , gentle and informative.He has made my experience with him one that I would definitely recommend him to people I know. He is the best!!

Dr. Hiroka is wonderful, kind and understanding. I have been seeing him since he was a resident and though he was YOUNG....he was sweet and confident and I trusted his judgement. He does not rush and you are not left waiting for days. The staff is nice as well as professional.

Their staff is very friendly and professional. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. I was left in the appointment room by myself, but they eventually returned. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here.
