I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else. They never made any effort to follow up with me after my visit and it made me feel very unimportant. I know they see a lot of patients, but when you say you're going to follow up, you should. I was a little disappointed at how helpful the staff was when I called with my questions and concerns. They definitely could have been more polite. They didn't tell me very much about my treatments' risks and benefits. I still felt like I had to do my own research.
