Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

Every single one of my questions were answered during the appointment. I was so relieved that they were able to give me so much useful information. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while.
