They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to get a second opinion or...a REAL first opinion! Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. And although we waited outside they did not open the doors on time and then they quietly unlocked the door while we stood outside waiting and never actually opened the door for us, so we continued to wait outside. When I finally opened the door, 5 minutes past the time they were to open I could see two women at the front desk, I blinked and they were gone. SO incredibly rude! As soon as I approached the front desk the lady (late 40's auburn colored hair, shoulder length) started barking orders orders at me. When I said excuse me, she started yelling her orders at me. This lady does not belong in customer service. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. I felt as iff Dr. Pratt did not even look at the patient information. He was trying to sell us on a non existant problem. He totally ignored the real reason for our visit. I have never been to such a terrible doctor.
The only people who were nice was the young man doing the hearing test and the nurse, cheryl. This appointment was a total waste of time.
