I am seeing Dr. Burson for my one year old daughter. He is the friendliest, warm and caring, knowledgeable Dr. I have ever met! He was very gentle with her, played with her but not overboard and answered all my questions efficiently. He took the time to explain things in detail even referring to a diagram so that I could better understand. I would totally recommend him to anyone!

I was hoping that they would be sympathetic to my situation and understand where I was coming from. Instead, they made it completely obvious that they didn't care about me or what I had been through. After explaining my excruciating ear pain, I was told that I am now considered a "new patient" since I have not visited the new office since his move from Sharpsburg! All my records were transferred, yet I could not be seen for three weeks! I had to visit an Urgant Care Center where I was dx as having a bulging ear drum, upper respiratory infection and sinusitis. I believe I will eventually look for a new, more accessible ENT. My previous experience with Dr. Burson has been wonderful and he is a superior doctor and compassionate man.
