I am personally very sorry that I ever purchased my Phonac hearing aids from this provider. Service was less than satisfying, and being a retiree, I ended up paying a monstrous amount for HEARING AIDS that could have been had for thousands less on the Internet. Sadder, but wiser!

I bought hearing aids that were $7500. They broke within a year. They have been sent into the manufacturer twice for repairs and came back worse. My complaints have not been resolved by Dr. Smith. $7500 is a lot of money for something that does not work.
