I was left alone for a while, but it wasn't too long

Not really, I've never seen them go above and beyond

I noticed their credentials and diplomas on the wall right away. It made me feel even more comfortable that I was seeing someone who knew what they were talking about. They make no effort to make me feel special. I don't think they appreciate my loyalty to them. They are nice but WAY overbooked and the staff is clearly overworked. They should really allow for more time in between appointments if they want to keep any business. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. During my visit with my daughter, I felt as though he was rushing for time because as I asked questions he was very short and I didn't feel as though we was welcome. However, I must admit, he was the doctor that inform me exactly why my daughter was expereincing the back pain she's been having for years.
