They definitely care about patient comfort because they have the best waiting room chairs I've ever seen, I felt like I was floating on a cloud. I could have easily dozed off while waiting to see the ophthalmologist.
It was pretty hard to find the building, but I eventually found it. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional.
