He didn't display his qualifications. It's shocking how little he seemed to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here. I never met the doctor, before or after my surgery. When I developed problems I overheard him say "That's the beauty of surgery. We just refer the patient to another doctor." He didn't even care enough to come in and visit with me or show me he cared about my well being if it didn't included cutting something else out of me. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule, but it took 2.5 hours to be seen once I arrived.
