I called to make an appointment and the lady took my personal information and told me that she was going to call me within 24 to 36 hours because she needed to verify the insurance so I agree. The next the same lady call me and let me know that everything was ok and she gave me the appointment for Tuesday 7, 2010 and also let me know that before going to the office if possible the same day I needed to fax her a Dental fee sheet that the primary can only get from the employer and I agree to do so. I called back the next day and another young lady answer the phone, I explained to her that I spoke before with Susie or Nieve about me that she was waiting for fee sheet from me so she transferred me to her and I was going to ask her a simple question when she interrupted me and told me with an alter voice “I spoke to you and told you that you needed to fax that paper without that paper I cannot give an a appointment” and I said to her “We did spoke twice and you did gave an appointment and I was calling to” and then she interrupted and told with alter voice “ No, we didn’t talk. I left you a voicemail to tell you that you need to fax the fee sheet” and that’s when I told her to please let me say what I have to say to listen first so finally I explained her that we did spoke twice she gave the appointment to check in her system if she was not sure or didn’t remember and she did tell me about the fee sheet and was just calling to ask her if I could E-mail it to her since I don’t have a fax at home. She answered me with a bad attitude that she didn’t have one that I could only fax he the fee sheet or take personally. At this point I was so frustrated with her of not listening what I was calling her at the begging she had change the call in something else only because she could remember instead of listening and looking me up on the system so I decided to tell her that to forget the whole thing and to transferred me to a supervisor or the Doctor that is when she finally change her attitude and started to calm the situation and I was just over it and told that I did not wanted to talk to her anymore to please transferred me. She put me on hold for five minutes and she started to talk to me about the miscommunication that she had let me talk and then I had to listen to her! So at this point I was just very upset and I let her talked and she offended me by saying that if I was asking for a manager so I don’t get charge that I didn’t have to that she was not going to charge me. That’s when I really felt offended and I told her look it is not about money is about you and your attitude if this is the way that you are treating over the phone how is going to be when I get there? So I said to her please transfer me to the supervisor or doctor that I don’t want to deal with your stupid attitude. She put me on hold again and when she answered the phone again she started tell me how I was recorded by calling her stupid that I didn’t want to let her talk and how loud I was “this was really funny to me” because that’s how I felt since the begging of the call and I was the patience not her! And then she end up the call by saying that someone called Edrez Leiva was going to give a call regarding my complaint.
Nieves is not helping people but insulting them I know I was not getting charge because I never went there and she made look like if it was up to her if I was getting charge or not. I don't want to imagine my grandmother being helped by her that way.
