No, they've never taken personal calls with me

I have been a patient of Dr Barrineau's for over 10 years. Not only have I received the best of care, but have always been informed of my cost and what was expected of me to pay outside of my insurance. Her front office staff helps you with maximizing the insurance benefits you have. Kudos to Dr Barrineau and her staff. I highly recommend her to all of my family and friends.

Staff was friendly and professional. However, if you are a DELTA DENTAL participant, you must pay IN FULL before leaving the office. I have NEVER had to pay a dentist in full even though they were submitting to my insurance. They stated they were not a network provider but that they would file insurance. Not until we had hundreds of dollars owed and were standing at checkout did they advise us that we had to PAY IN FULL. They never disclosed this until it was too late, leaving us in a bind to pay before getting reimbursed. THEN, they didn't bother to submit the claims to our insurance for a week....as they are not very concerned about us getting paid, since they were paid in full. A shame, as the staff was great!
