I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. I feel like they always have a special going on every time I visit. Even if I don't bring in a coupon the staff will inform me of the promotions they have going on so that I can save money. I really appreciated that they let me rinse every so often during my dental procedure. I've been to other dentists that never let me rinse and its awful. This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence.

No, if they had music on it was very soothing

Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time

Absolutely! They gave me my invoice before I had even asked for one
