VERY RUDE OFFICE!!!!!!!!!WENT FOR A PROBLEM AND THEY DID NOTHING TO HELP ME OUT!!!! WENT TO THE PHARMACY TO FIND SOME THING TO RELIEVE THE PAIN...MORE INTERESTED IN HOW MUCH THEY COULD CHARGE ME THEN TO CORRECT THE PROBLEM....AND HAVE ME COME BACK TO DO OTHER PROCEDURES WHICH WAS NOT THE REASON I CAME IN FOR.......

Staff and dentist Robert G. Victome were rise, childish, inconsiderate, & rude. I had a 2 o'clock appointment for a child in my care, waited there until 5:30 & was never seen by the dentist at all. Staff told me that they didn't have to do anything for the child.

Definitely not! It was obvious they just wanted to make money!

Not at all. They ignored my questions

Not at all, it felt dirtier than it did when I arrived

They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. The office was easy enough to find. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. Horrible bedside manner, told me "take it or leave it" we called insurance and said we would never go back and to cancel the services.

They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. The office was easy enough to find. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. The dentist told my daughter that she if she didn't like the work to take it or leave it. Parents are not allowed back so the dentist can bully the kids.

They never take that extra step to make me feel special. I haven't ever felt that they care enough to get to know me and that I'm almost an irritation. I went there to have my teeth examined, and instead they barely even looked at my teeth. I had barely opened my mouth when they told me they were finished examining them. It seems every time I'm there they recommend some ridiculously expensive procedure that I know I don't really need. The docotor was extremely rude and loud asked me to leave the office after I asked a question after he felt he was done with our appointment. I said to him I felt he was nasty and he told me that is what he gets paid for. I will never go back nor will I ever refer anyone. I will also be contacting the better business buerau. along with the Dental Association. This was pure nasty treatment of Senior clients.
