He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

Not at all. They encouraged second opinions

Not at all! They were very encouraging and supportive

They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. It's always made me uncomfortable at other places when I've heard them use foul language, but they don't here. I know I can bring my kids, and not worry about it. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored.

I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. After my child's appointment here, I told all my friends looking for a good pediatrician about them. They have a real talent working with children.

I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time.
