I had a hard time bearing the cologne they were wearing, it didn't smell very good at all. It wasn't the worst I've ever smelled, but it definitely wasn't the best. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. Almost every time I visit, I have to remind them who I am, why I'm there, and what my circumstances are. They didn't tell me anything about my treatment options. I left feeling very confused and frustrated. Getting a convenient appointment time with them is almost impossible. They have really weird availability and I always have a hard time making an appointment.
