I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all.

Absolutely not! My phone calls aren't returned at all!
Was the water they used during your teeth cleaning a comfortable temperature?
Yes, it was fine

Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had

Not at all, they always make an extra effort to make sure I'm comfortable

Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately
Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office?
Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!
