Yes, if my child is sick they get them in right away
Does the pediatrician over-treat your child for simple ailments?
No, they don't over-treat my child
Was this pediatrician able to answer all your questions about immunizations?
All of them! They also gave me more information that I wasn't aware of

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

Absolutely! They gave me plenty of information about child safety and nutrition

I usually have to wait on hold for quite a while, but not as long as some other places

No, there was no annoying music
Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered?
No, no one seemed to notice I was there
Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you?
No, they've never taken personal calls with me

Whenever I asked them for more information about anything, they were happy to take the time to give me as much information as I wanted. They made me feel like every question I had was important. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. I would highly recommend. I only wish I had found them years ago.
