They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. I wasn't greeted at all when I walked in the door. No one seemed to notice or care that I was there. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back.

This dentist is horrible. She gave me three fillings. Two fell out within a year and had to be replaced. The third was so poorly done, I needed a root canal and a crown. The dentist cut me with the drill on more than one occasion and she was extremely rough to the point I began to have anxiety about going. Thankfully I found a wonderful dentist in Palm City that helped me trust the profession again. Then to add insult to injury, three years after I had visited there and PAID every bill, I get a letter from a collection agency saying that I didn't pay for services in 2008!!! It apears they are just as bad in the billing department as they are in the dentistry department. The exam rooms were dirty with carboard boxes strewn all over the floors and broken office equipment piled into the corner. When I told the assistant that I had started grinding my teeth she told me it wasn't true...who would make that up? Horrible, horrible, horrible.The absolute worse dentist I have ever been to. I wouldn't send my dog there. They should be ashamed of themselves.
