DR. GENE IS GREAT!. HE TELLS IT HOW IT IS, AND EXPLAINS EVERYTHING TO YOU TO WHERE YOU CAN UNDERSTAND AND KNOW HOW TO TREAT THE ISSUE..I can see now why they specialized as a pediatrician because they were so kid friendly. They put in the extra effort to make my child feel special and important. I love that whenever my child is sick, they get them in right away. I never have to worry that my child will have to suffer while waiting for an appointment. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. I trust them over any other doctor I've ever been to. I'm never unsure of their motives, and I've never doubted that they've always had my child's best interest at heart. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice.

No, but they're usually seen pretty quickly

No, I always have to remind them

Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible
Was this provider's office too loud?
Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet

Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier!

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

Sometimes, they should allow for more time in between appointments
