Absolutely. They have plenty of nurse practioners and doctors as back-up support

They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed. I wasn't too impressed with their office, I could tell they didn't take much pride in it's appearance. Not appealing for children. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. Their primary concern is what's best for my children, and they only give me the advice that would benefit them the most. Whenever I've asked for more information about something I was wondering about, they've never made me feel like my question was irrelevant or stupid. They've always been very understanding. Doctors are great, but getting in casn be a problem.

Absolutely! They gave me plenty of information about child safety and nutrition

Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately
If your child is sick can the pediatrician see him/her on the same day?
Yes, if my child is sick they get them in right away

I completely hate this place, I'd never recommend it. Not because they are unprofessional at their line of work, because I wouldn't know. She never got to see a doctor and from what I could see, being the 1 patient in the lobby, they weren't busy. At the 2 hour mark, I told them they were getting a bad review and not to call me. It wouldn't surprise me if the doctor had called out.

There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I have always been completely at ease with the physicians during my appointments here. The back office staff, and some of the front office staff are so sloppy in appearance, rude, inpatient, and lack a good work ethic. Back office staff make you feel like you are a burden; interfering with their texts, and/or snack time. The time they spend brown-nosing the physicians could be used to perform quality work. The physicians give absolute quality care at the highest level, and each one exudes total and complete professionalism. Dr. Broussard is horrific. I am confused why she works and represents this practice. I wouldn't let her treat so much as a scraped knee or a hang-nail. She is a disgrace.
