I didn't get past the telephone representative who answered my call. They could work on improving their level of initial customer service here. It wasn't the worst that I have seen, but overall I was left unimpressed. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. I am not going to refer my family and friends here. Not only did they ignore my questions, they rushed me off the phone and hurried any answers.

They were friendly and made me feel at home. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. I was very glad that they didn't leave me unattended during my consultation. I've been to some other psychiatrists that left me alone during my consultation, and I felt very ignored, but they didn't do that here. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy.
