Went in for a dental emergency, xrays showed 2 infected teeth that had to be extracted. PAIN!! No the dentist does not do extractions, have to have an appointment with oral surgeon ONE WEEK LATER. That appointment turns out to be a consultation. First available date for extraction is 3 weeks later. No they don’t prescribe pain meds, take over the counter stuff. I watched them walk out 2 patients who had obviously had the same anesthesia they suggested for me to have 2 teeth pulled for $1000. These 2 patients were barely conscious, being walked out the door to waiting cars. BARELY CONSCIOUS! What kind of place is this? And the minute you disagree with anything they say they’re unpleasant. Never ever again.

Their are rude, rude, rude not only unprofessional
they are smart mouth office manager is someone that
should not work with the public. If I had different insurgence I would not
go back to these facility or any other facility.
The ORAL SURGEON TOM BURCHFIELD has not bedside manner
as well.

NO STARS this is a quantity over quality facility.. Waited two hours had to leave. Will not schedule with them again. If its like that when you wait imagine how clean your teeth will be when you leave. They overbook and forget.. And for the dentist telling the 6 year old she is acting like a baby.. Was not good. no sympathy for the patients huh!

They kept me waiting for 30 minutes before informing me that they had trouble reaching my insurance company. They suggested I wait while they continued to try. After 15 more minutes, I told them I was leaving. No apology. No offer to make another appointment. No offer to allow me to pay the $29 consultation fee and settle up with the insurance company later. The office manager (If that was what she was) was uncaring, incompetent, and inflexible. This happened at the Deltona office.

This place is more concerned with making money than taking care of patients. The first day we went, it took me 3 hours to get simple x-rays and a cleaning. I took my children back and were scheduled for the first appointment in the morning...along with 20 other people. It took 2 and 1/2 hours for their simple appointments. The lady who cleaned their teeth was very rough with them.....we won't be back!!!!!

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

Yes, they were informing me of new advancements that were extremely recent

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments
